Tools for prototype and series

We offer our customers prototypes and molds for molded prototypes. Inserts for molds usually will be finished on ultra precision diamond turning machines for the realization of highest form accuracy (e.g. <1/m) and perfect surface roughness (e.g. Ra<5nm).

The product design determines the appropriate production technology (quality-efficiency-economy) like straight injection molding or compression molding or expansion compression. The molds will be designed to fulfill the process requests.
